Day 2: The Great Pyramids, Sakkara & Nile Dinner Cruise After a full hotel breakfast, your personal Egyptologist guide will pick you up at 9:00 AM. Your guide will lead you deep underground into the Roman Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, followed by visits to Pompey’s Pillar and the majestic 15th-century Qaitbay Citadel. You will also explore the stunning modern architecture of the new Bibliotheca Alexandrina (Alexandria Library).
